- Drive incident management and continuous improvement activities;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers;

Who You Are:

- Experienced in distributed systems and production environments;

- Strong background in SRE, platform operations, or similar areas;

- Proven technical leadership and problem-solving skills;

- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
