Senior Document Controller
Summary
Manages construction project documentation, including archiving, imaging, and compliance checks for contracts and inspections.
The Senior Document Controller is responsible for managing the full spectrum of document control activities, including document archiving and document imaging.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
Create, where applicable, and maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management.
Send and receive documents from internal & external stakeholders; prepare and edit paperwork for contract agreements.
Ensure all documentation activities are in compliance with the relevant legal & statutory requirements.
Conduct regular review audits to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date.
Prepare Request for Inspection for construction activities on a daily basis.
Liaise with QPS team on site.
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
Skills & Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related disciplinesExperience: Prior 1 to 3 years of experience in Construction
Possess technical background / knowledge of Construction
Ability to read drawings
Possess good interpersonal skills
