Senior Domain Consultant - Capital Markets

Summary

Hands-on Business Analyst role in Capital Markets blending support, troubleshooting, and project delivery, utilizing AI for automation and requirements gathering.

About the Role This is a hands-on role that blends business analysis with frontline support, troubleshooting, and project delivery. We’re looking for a capable, self-sufficient Business Analyst who can sit close to the people they support, understand what they actually need, and see problems through to a proper resolution. It’s a varied role for someone who likes solving problems quickly, works well on their own, and is comfortable moving between a requirements workshop, a tricky support issue, and a project plan in the same day. We also want someone who already puts AI to work, since it’s becoming a bigger part of how the team troubleshoots, automates, and supports its users. What You’ll Do • Be a first point of contact for the people you support, diagnosing issues quickly and giving clear, practical guidance. • Work support and engineering problems end to end, from initial triage through to the fix, escalating when you need to and following up so nothing falls through the cracks. • Run core business analysis: gathering requirements, mapping processes, analyzing stakeholders, and taking changes through UAT. • Plan and run projects: scope the work, set a realistic timeline, track progress, and keep everyone informed as things move. • Put AI to work to move faster, whether that’s speeding up diagnosis, automating repetitive tasks, or drafting documentation. • Explain technical things in plain language so people across the business know what’s going on and what to do next. What You’ll Bring • Around three or more years in business analysis, consulting, technical support, or a similar delivery role. We’re open to a shorter track record if your work clearly stands out. Backgrounds in management or technology consulting (including the Big Four), professional services, or a technology services firm are all welcome.
