Senior Dotnet Developer

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET / Azure / Angular) to join a high-impact engineering squad supporting the digital transformation of a global leader in expert information services and compliance solutions for finance, tax, and legal professionals. In this role, you will play a key part in transitioning core software products to cloud-native architectures and developing robust Web APIs and business logic. Working within an agile team, you will combine strong backend expertise in C# (.NET) and Azure with frontend Angular skills—translating functional requirements into technical designs, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable, accurate solutions for critical decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend business logic, database interactions, and Web APIs using C# (.NET Core), Entity Framework, and Azure cloud services.
• Develop modern, responsive frontend features using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SASS.
• Architect and maintain cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Redis within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) frameworks.
• Perform comprehensive technical analysis based on functional requirements, offering constructive input and challenging design specifications when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect and Product Owner to estimate requirement impacts, handle complex architectures, and drive technical delivery.
• Drive engineering standards through Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing principles, and peer code reviews.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and best practices across the agile delivery team.

Min requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience across the full stack, with deep expertise in C# / ASP.NET Core and Angular (TypeScript).
• Proven track record building cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, App Insights, Azure AD/Identity Management).
• Strong experience with asynchronous messaging patterns using Azure Service Bus and ORM frameworks via Entity Framework.
• Practical application of modern software design patterns, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Deep understanding of database interactions and management using SQL, SQL Elastic Pools, and Redis caching.
• Solid foundation in testing methodologies, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and test automation practices.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical analysis, estimate complex features, and communicate effectively in English within agile teams.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, GitHub Actions, YAML pipelines).
• Familiarity with API Gateways, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and OWIN security standards.
• Experience with Power BI integrations and Elastic SQL Jobs.
• Background in legal, financial, tax, or compliance domain software development.
