Senior Draughtsperson
Summary
Creates and maintains construction drawings (plans, as-built records) using CAD/BIM tools like Autodesk Revit and Tekla, supports project submissions, and performs site measurements for precast concrete projects.
Job Description & Requirements
· Prepare and submit standard drawing & as-built drawings in accordance to project requirement;
· Maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawing as needed; good work housekeeping/ organizing;
· Prepare the drawing and document set for authorities submission;
· Support in tender if required;
· Perform on site measurement and site survey;
· Able to undertake any other duties as assigned;
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in C&S Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
· Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
· Good knowledge of Autodesk cad software and BIM software / tools. (Autodesk Revit & Tekla).
· Proficient in MS Office. (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
