Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

Salary: No contractor fees / two pay runs per week

Location: Must be in Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and support complex enterprise solutions. In this role, you will lead hands-on development across the Microsoft stack, integrating custom workflows, portals, and third-party systems to deliver high-performing solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design and implement custom Dynamics 365 (CRM) features using ASP.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within Visual Studio.

• Customization & Integration: Build custom workflows, plug-ins, Resco mobility solutions, and Dynamics 365 Portals. Engineer secure integrations connecting Dynamics 365 with external software and third-party vendor applications.

• Data & Architecture: Manage relational databases and execute complex data migration concepts.

• Agile Delivery: Deliver technical solutions within an Agile framework, hitting key milestones on time.

• Documentation & Operations: Produce clear system and support documentation to ensure smooth operational handover and adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

• Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant departmental policies, legislation, and security standards.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, including large-scale, complex projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, C#, ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Visual Studio.

• Proven track record creating CRM custom workflows, plug-ins, and Resco mobile solutions.

• Demonstrated experience customising Dynamics 365 Portals and establishing third-party software integrations.

• Strong working knowledge of relational database management and data migration techniques.
