SENIOR E-COMMERCE & SHOPIFY WEBSITE MANAGER
Salary: Rp 11.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month
About the role
UDG is a leading global brand in professional DJ, music and creator equipment. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior E-Commerce & Shopify Website Manager to take ownership of our international UDG website and online store based in Bandung.
Key responsibilities
Manage and continuously improve the UDG Shopify website and online store
Work hands-on in Shopify, including products, collections, navigation, metafields, themes, templates and apps
Make website and theme modifications using Shopify Liquid, HTML and CSS
Troubleshoot Shopify, theme and app-related issues
Create and optimize product pages, landing pages and website content
Improve website navigation, product search, filtering and the overall customer journey through checkout
Monitor and improve website performance, UX and conversion
Work with Shopify Analytics, GA4 and basic technical SEO
Coordinate website implementation for new product launches and promotions
Proactively identify website issues and opportunities and take ownership from idea through implementation
About you
Minimum 5 years of relevant e-commerce/website experience
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML and CSS; JavaScript is an advantage
Good understanding of e-commerce, UX and conversion optimization
Experience with Shopify apps, themes and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, structured and able to work independently
Strong ownership and follow-up skills
Good written and spoken English
Based in Bandung or willing to work from our Bandung office
