Senior E&S Commercial Underwriter

Position Summary: The Senior Excess & Surplus (E&S) Commercial Underwriter is responsible for evaluating, selecting, pricing, and managing complex excess and surplus (E&S) property risks that fall outside standard market appetites. This role focuses on underwriting highly customized solutions and requires deep technical underwriting expertise that includes commercial coastal residential or non-residential property, including lessor's risks and/or warehouses, as well as knowledge of commercial sprinkler system ratings and fire protection standards, as well as familiarity with Florida, Texas, and/or South Carolina property markets.

Note: This is a hybrid position that requires attendance each Monday and Wednesday at our St. Petersburg, FL office. If based outside the Tampa Bay region, the incumbent will be required to be on site periodically.
