Senior EDRMS System Administrator

Harrison McMillan is seeking an experienced Senior EDRMS System Administrator to support enterprise records management systems, application integrations, and technical infrastructure in a Federal Government environment.
This is a long-term 12-month contract with two 12-month extension options and is based in Canberra, ACT. This role requires full-time onsite attendance, five days per week.
Due to the nature of this role, a Negative Vetting Level 2 security clearance (or the ability to obtain) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Support, configure, and administer the Content Manager application.
Assist with the management, co-location, and consolidation of global EDRMS datasets.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and network-related issues.
Support application integrations with Content Manager and advise on documentation and change requests.
Maintain Microsoft operating systems and related environments.
Support virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, and Citrix Workspace.
Participate in an after-hours on-call roster as required.
Essential Criteria:
Relevant experience and industry knowledge in supporting, configuring, and developing the Content Manager application.
Relevant experience and industry knowledge integrating business applications with Content Manager.
Relevant experience and industry knowledge in Microsoft operating system configuration, maintenance, and patching.
Relevant experience and industry knowledge with virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, and Citrix Workspace.
