Senior Electrical Drafter

My clients are established M&E consultant firms in town area

5 days week

Multiple opens. Electrical Or M&E drafter

Min 3 years in M&E. Electrical, ACMV, Fire, Plumbing

Responsibilities:

• To develop 2D detail design drawings, relevant drawing standards
• Preferred candidates with design experiences. Able to size cable tray, cables. Lightings.
• To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• Proficient in Autocad Revit Optional.
• Familiar with local building codes
• Familiar with local submission procedures
• Preferably experience in a consultant environment

Salary depends on experience. Candidates who can do sizing and min supervision from engineer will command a higher salary.
