Position: Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview:

Vertical Recruitment are working closely with a large Building Services Consultancy who are at a pivotal moment of growth, driven by digital advancements, sustainability, and social impact. As a Senior Electrical Engineer in our MEP team, you'll spearhead design projects across various sectors, from concept to detailed execution, ensuring top-notch client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Lead electrical building services design within a collaborative team environment.

· Mentor and supervise junior engineers while overseeing project progress.

· Utilize CAD, BIM (Revit), and other tools for system design and calculations.

· Produce comprehensive reports, drawings, and specifications adhering to RIBA design stages.

· Liaise closely with cross-disciplinary professionals and attend project meetings.

· Conduct construction stage monitoring, including technical reviews and site inspections.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in electrical building services design from consultancy or contractor backgrounds.

· Relevant accredited degree or higher educational qualification (HNC/HND).

· Pursuing or attained IEng or CEng status.

· Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

· Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service.
