Your Opportunity
The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for reviewing and authenticating the work of others. Reporting to the Team Lead, Distribution Design, you are responsible for providing leadership, coaching and training to support the distribution team deliver distribution projects. You will be a champion of quality and provide regular feedback to the Team Lead on areas of improvement for the team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Review and authenticate drawings for 25kV distribution projects
- Ensure design solutions meet all applicable codes, standards and regulations
- Build external client relationships
- Provide coaching and guidance to project team members
- Provide technical guidance to customers, stakeholders, and external consultants
- Build process improvements to improve quality and efficiency
- Travel and perform site visits as required
