Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead electrical engineering projects, ensuring innovative design, compliance with local standards, and successful project execution in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various projects. - Manage and review electrical engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems effectively. - Conduct site inspections and oversee testing and commissioning of electrical installations. - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices in all project phases. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members. - Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and coordinate with clients and contractors to achieve project objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with experience in the UAE or GCC region. - Strong knowledge of electrical design software and industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC). - Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects from concept to completion. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Professional engineering certification or licensure is preferred. - Willingness to work in Dubai and adapt to its multicultural working environment.
