Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical panel manufacturing, including low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) panels, switchgear, and various types of panels such as PCC and MCC. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical products through rigorous quality assurance processes and testing protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the manufacturing process of LV/MV panels and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Conduct quality assurance checks and implement quality audits to maintain high standards of production. - Perform electrical testing and inspections to ensure product reliability and safety. - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for any quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Manage supplier quality management processes to ensure that all materials meet required specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product designs. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and production staff. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of LV/MV panels and electrical panel manufacturing. - Proficiency in switchgear and various panel types including PCC and MCC. - Expertise in quality assurance methodologies and electrical testing procedures. - Experience with PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis). - Familiarity with conducting quality audits and managing supplier quality. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
