Hybrid with 3 days onsite in Cheltenham. OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join our Transformative Innovation (TI) department.TI is a dynamic, fast paced and focused department that is responsible for developing and delivering next generation bathing experiences. As a Senior Electronics Engineer within TI, you will oversee and design hardware and firmware for a new wellbeing focused category. In this role, you will ensure the high-quality design and integration of advanced technology into market-leading consumer products. You will collaborate with a global team of engineers across multiple disciplines, working seamlessly with marketing and design functions to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers and strengthen brand excellence.You are passionate about consumer product development and thrive in fast-paced, rapid execution environments. With a strong solution-focused mindset, you consistently demonstrate a proven track record of taking ownership of electronics design activities within complex projects. You excel at delivering results under demanding timescales, balancing innovation with practical execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.About the Role· This role offers the opportunity to develop new innovations from within Kohler Co. into consumer products. Taking ownership of the embedded firmware and hardware design activities within the new Category.· Own the development and participate in all phases of the electronics and firmware development for first to market consumer products. This includes requirements capture, design, implementation, integration, compliance testing and deployment. This would be primarily focused on control, sensing and user interfaces.· There are opportunities to grow your career at Kohler Co. Support with developing a robust personal and technical development plan, mentoring from more senior team members and the chance to work on many high-profile innovation projects.· The position sits within a global multi-disciplinary team touching upon functions including mechanical engineering, marketing, approvals, industrial design and external suppliers.· This role reports directly to the Senior Manager – Programmes, InnovationYou will be actively contributing to the next generation of products and technologies for Kohler Co. For this you will need to be curious and tenacious individual with a drive to experiment and create high quality consumer experiences.
