As an embedded software engineer, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary project team within our product development department and work closely with project managers. Your responsibilities will span the entire life cycle of embedded software development, including requirement specification, architecture design, simulation, implementation, verification & validation, and documentation.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, testing, and deploying embedded software for the different microcontroller platforms including framework and drivers.

  • Debugging and troubleshooting the embedded systems using simulators.

  • Analyzing digital circuits and technical datasheets.

  • Understanding, maintaining, and improving existing embedded software.

  • Defining and contributing to common standards and development approaches (e.g., requirements analysis process, design- and coding styles, test standards).

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development

  • Above-average university degree (FH, University, TU) in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science or comparable.

  • Proven C programming and development experiences.

  • Good understanding of embedded operating systems (RTOS).

  • Experience on communication technologies like I2C, SPI, UART or CAN.

  • Experience of digital signal processing and conditioning.

  • Experience in using measurement- and laboratory equipment.

  • Experience with at least one software version control and defect tracking software (e.g., SVN / GitHub).

  • Self-contained, self-motivated and structured to work within a worldwide functioning interdisciplinary team.

  • Good written and verbal English skills, due to working in an international diverse working environment and strong interest in working with other cultures.

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 182,000 To 338,000. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
