Our client is a leading startup in the semiconductor field and a leader in designing ultra low-power microprocessors. Opportunity to join a dynamic embedded software team developing SDKs and software platforms for next-generation microcontroller and SoC products. You will work closely with hardware, architecture, validation, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that enable innovative embedded applications.

Senior Embedded Graphics Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain embedded graphics software, including GPU Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), graphics APIs, and display software stack for ARM-based microcontroller platforms.

· Design, implement, and optimize graphics features, ensuring high performance, low power consumption, and reliable operation across current and next-generation embedded devices.

· Develop software examples, validation tools, and automated test cases to verify graphics functionality and support new platform enablement.

· Support pre-silicon FPGA verification, post-silicon bring-up, system integration, debugging, and performance optimization in collaboration with hardware and validation teams.

· Provide technical support for software development, system validation, field engineering, and customer issues related to graphics, display, and embedded software.

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of embedded software development experience.

· Strong experience developing embedded GPU drivers, Hardware Abstraction Layers (HAL), graphics software stacks, and graphics APIs such as OpenGL ES or similartechnologies.

· Hands-on experience with embedded display interfaces (e.g. MIPI DSI, DBI, DPI), ARMCortex-based processors, embedded C/C++, and hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

· Good understanding of embedded operating systems, software testing, version control (Git), and collaborative development tools, with experience in scripting or Python considered an advantage.

· Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams to solve complex hardware and software integration challenges.
