Senior Embedded System Developer

We are seeking talented and self-starter team members who have experience working as an Senior Embedded System Developer.

As an Senior Embedded System Developer working in OPLOG, you will be responsible for the

• development of efficient and reliable software on ARM/x86 architectures,

• Kernel Level or User Level drivers,

• and communication software for the peripheral devices used in different types of autonomous mobile robots.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of data structures.

• Solid understanding of design patterns on low level perspective.

• Solid understanding of basic networking and connectivity layers.

• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.

• Solid understanding of English language both on daily and formal perspective. (Verbally and written).

• At least 5 years of experience with C/C++

• At least 5 years of experience with Computer networking such as TCP, UDP

• At least 4 years of experience with device communication networks such as CanBUS, CanOPEN, EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet/IP

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MQTT and/or with its implementations such as HiveMQ, EMQx etc.

• Familiarity with C# .netcore, Python2/3, Javascript.

• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development process is an advantage, requirement capture and tracking, issue tracking (e.g. JIRA, etc.) is an advantage

• Familiarity with Confluence pages and integrate JIRA issues with Confluence pages is an advantage,
