The Energy industry is undergoing an accelerated transformation driven by the energy transition. This role is aimed at a Senior Consultant in Energy wishing to join our EUTI practice (approximately fifty team members).

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Energy Consultant (M/F), you join our EUTI (Energy, Utilities, Transport & Industry) practice, which supports major energy sector players in their operational, organisational and strategic transformations.

Organisational improvement and optimisation:

  • Analyse organisational systems, develop performance plans and promote social dialogue
  • Model activities and processes

Strategic positioning and new offering development:

  • Conduct market studies and benchmarks
  • Create new commercial proposals
  • Design solutions focused on user and client experience

Implementation and large-scale deployment:

  • Conduct impact studies
  • Ensure project directorship
  • Define the deployment trajectory and change management strategy

Internal life:

  • Participate in recruitment, welcome new consultants and organise internal events
  • From Manager grade onwards, contribute to commercial action plans and mission oversight

Development:

  • Develop sector-specific offerings, author articles and thought leadership pieces, propose internal training and upskilling initiatives

Education: Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's program.

Experience: You have initial experience in consulting or project management. Expertise: Knowledge of the energy, sustainability, and industrial sectors, gained in a company or startup, will be highly valued. Foreign languages: You have a fluent level of English, both written and oral. Soft skills: In line with our values, you have a strong intellectual curiosity and a pronounced taste for innovation. You also have excellent interpersonal qualities and wish to join an environment that values teamwork.
