As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a central role in shaping the performance of our AI-driven energy aggregation and trading platform.   • Salary Range: 85.000 - 110.000 € per year gross depending on the seniority level

  • Drive Product Performance:
    Analyze the performance of our Virtual Power Plant algorithms, uncovering trends, anomalies, and opportunities to boost efficiency and reliability.

  • Deliver Market Insights:
    Use your understanding of energy markets to identify business opportunities, guide innovation, and support company-wide strategic decisions.

  • Shape the Product Roadmap:
    Work closely with product managers to evaluate new features, ensuring they meet market needs and are supported by rigorous data analysis.

  • Think Strategically:
    Turn data into decisions — your insights will directly influence how we build, optimize, and scale our platform.

  • Promote Data-Driven Culture:
    Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and tooling that embed analytics into our daily operations and product development processes.

  • Communicate Impactfully:
    Present findings clearly and persuasively to internal teams and external partners, helping drive alignment and decision making.

  • Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field.

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Researcher — ideally within the energy sector.

  • Prior knowledge of Energy Markets, VPPs, and HEMS is a strong advantage. More importantly, however, you bring a genuine passion for the energy transition and the willingness to learn these complex concepts quickly, which will be critical to your success in this role.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis methodologies, Python, SQL and software development practices.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

Skills to set you apart:

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.

  • You have proven experience in creation of analytical platforms in close collaboration with Software Engineers and Data Scientists.

  • You are familiar with energy market dynamics and functional principles of energy storage assets.

This role is not a fit if:

  • You are mainly experienced with no-code BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) without strong coding skills.

  • You are not passionate about energy markets and their complexities.

  • You are uncomfortable working with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and evolving priorities.
