You'll provide leadership and technical expertise across Fisher's Energy + Environment practice while managing projects, developing client relationships, supporting business development, and guiding regulatory and environmental requirements. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams, clients, agencies, and subcontractors from project setup through closeout.


This role is designed for an experienced professional who wants meaningful ownership and a larger voice in practice growth. You'll have opportunities to develop client relationships, mentor teams, influence project strategy, and help shape Fisher's expanding energy and environmental work.


What You'll Do

  • Lead new business development efforts and manage mid- to large-scale energy and environmental projects.
  • Oversee program-wide projects, including project setup, planning, safety analysis, kickoff, scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets.
  • Develop project strategies and design approaches that meet client objectives while maintaining regular communication with clients and managers.
  • Manage project billing, client updates, QA/QC, project closeout, and compliance with project plans.
  • Prepare compliant project proposals and serve as Proposal Manager and primary client contact throughout the proposal process.
  • Navigate complex public processes, municipal approvals, regulatory requirements, and environmental permitting.
  • Represent clients in agency meetings, manage subcontractors, negotiate regulatory conditions, and provide technical guidance to project teams and employees.
