Own the MISO book, including financial modeling, forecasting, and performance optimization.
Build relationships with MISO staff, utilities, and partners while managing a small team.
Qualifications:

5+ years in energy markets or demand response, with team management experience.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with SQL/Python .
