Senior Engineer -AI Use Case

Overview:

Support development and scaling of AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build APIs, data pipelines, and integrations
• Perform prompt engineering and testing
• Support deployment and monitoring

Qualifications:

• Experience
  • 59 years software engineering
  • 2-3 years exposure to AI/ML development
• Core Skills
  • Strong Python (must-have)
  • Experience building APIs and data pipelines
• AI Capabilities
  • Hands-on with:
    • Prompt engineering (system prompts, structured outputs)
    • Using LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with:
    • RAG pipelines
    • Basic evaluation techniques
• Data Skills
  • Experience working with:
    • JSON, document parsing, ETL pipelines
  • Ability to clean and structure messy enterprise data
• What Good Looks Like
  • Can independently:
    • Build a working AI feature
    • Debug model behavior
    • Improve outputs iteratively
