(Senior) Engineer (BMS / EPMS / FMCS) | Data Center | Singapore MNC

Overview

Lead the design, integration, commissioning, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) for mission-critical facilities. The role focuses on system reliability, performance improvement, and supporting new facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, integrate, and optimize BMS for facility operations.

Support new projects through design review, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and system handover.

Troubleshoot complex BMS issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve system reliability.

Integrate BMS with EPMS, DCIM, fire protection, and other facility monitoring systems.

Monitor system performance and support energy efficiency initiatives.

Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful implementation.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in BMS, EPMS, FMCS, or industrial control systems, preferably within data centers or other critical facilities.

Strong knowledge of BMS architecture, system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, fire protection, and facility monitoring systems.

Experience integrating BMS with platforms such as EPMS, DCIM, CPOS, or similar systems.

Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers is an advantage.

Knowledge of Power BI, CMMS, or other analytics tools is a plus.
