Senior Engineer/Data Scientist-資深工程師/資料科學家

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Data Scientist specializing in Python programming and data analysis, with a strong focus on the application of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. In this role, you will leverage your strong technical capabilities as an independent contributor while demonstrating excellent cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for diving into top-tier academic papers, translating cutting-edge theories into practical algorithmic implementations, and driving technological innovation through precise data analysis.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
1. Use Python as the core development language (supplemented by MATLAB or C++) to conduct in-depth data analysis and develop, train, validate, and deploy high-performance models end-to-end.
2. Deeply study and analyze top-tier academic papers, design, and implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms to solve complex engineering and data problems.
3. Take independent ownership of tackling technical challenges and executing complex algorithm implementations while collaborating closely with hardware, firmware, and product teams to ensure smooth algorithm integration.
4. Design and execute rigorous data analysis pipelines, extracting valuable insights from massive datasets to continuously optimize algorithm performance.
