Senior Engineer - Electrical (Data Centres)
A specialist engineering consultancy delivers end-to-end design leadership for complex data centre projects across EMEA, partnering closely with clients and wider design teams to ensure high-quality outcomes from concept through to handover.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to act as a technical and delivery lead.
Overview of the role
- Lead Data Centre electrical design projects across EMEA
- Act as a client-facing principal, managing delivery from concept to completion/client handover
- Coordinate and mentor a team of support engineers, BIM technicians and administrators
Required experience and skills
- Strong Electrical Building Services design experience (specification and design)
- Deep understanding of CIBSE, BS, IS and EN standards
- Experience producing tender packages and detailed design deliverables
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to work independently
