Senior Engineer – Electrical (Johor, Malaysia)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong consultancy background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center projects, excellent technical proficiency, and strong communication skills to manage complex engineering tasks in a consultancy environment.
- Lead and manage electrical design and engineering for data center projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of data center project experience.
- Consultancy Background: Mandatory.
- Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam (required).
- Knowledge of other electrical design software is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, consultancy-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
