Senior Engineer Engineering Manager

You will combine hands-on software engineering with engineering management by developing scalable features, guiding and coaching engineers, growing the team, balancing technical and product roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop engineers in their skills and careers
• Provide technical guidance and coaching on software engineering best practices
• Balance technical and product roadmaps
• Design and code scalable and robust features
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders
• Participate in the project lifecycle from ideation through release

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience
• Hands-on coding skills
• Ability to manage and grow engineering teams
• Experience hiring and managing teams of 10 or more engineers
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
