Senior Engineer
You will write high-quality, clean, and reliable code using practices like Test Driven Development. You will lead the delivery of mid-to-large scale projects, identify risks and coordinate engineers, and work as part of a cross-functional team. You will apply AI to engineering practices such as agentic workflows and smarter pipelines, coach and mentor teammates, solve strategic architectural problems, and perform tactical improvements and maintenance of production systems. You will seek to understand business and user needs to deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions and take ownership of the systems you build, including verifying functionality and participating in on-call support.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, clean, and reliable code using practices like Test Driven Development

- Design and improve system architecture and maintain production systems
- Understand business and user needs to deliver sustainable solutions
- Own systems including verifying functionality and participating in on-call support
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Lead responsibility on several projects
- Proficiency in server-side and client-side programming languages
- Experience building dynamic public-facing web applications
- Use of engineering practices that emphasise maintainability and clarity, including automated testing
- Collaboration and openness to feedback
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs between experimentation and production operational realities
