Senior Engineer - Full Stack

Overview:

Build internal tools and interfaces supporting AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards (observability, evaluation, prompt testing)
• Build internal developer tools and admin interfaces
• Improve developer experience for AI platform adoption

Qualifications:

6-9 years experience

Frontend

• Strong React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
• Experience with:
  • Data-heavy dashboards (tables, charts, logs)
  • Consumer-friendly slick single page apps
  • Real-time UI updates (WebSockets, polling)

Backend

• Node.js / Python backend experience
• Ability to design APIs for:
  • Observability data
  • Prompt testing interfaces

Tooling Experience

• Experience building:
  • Internal tools (admin panels, dev dashboards)
• Exposure to:
  • Prompt playgrounds or evaluation UIs (big plus)

UX Sensibility

• Ability to design tools for engineers, and end-users
• Focus on usability and debugging workflows

AI

• Ability to rapidly build using AI
• At least 2 years experience on AI teams in any capacity
