1. Safety

• Make sure that all company EHS rules, policies are implemented in your area and group.
• Report any incidents according to incident reporting procedure
• Support Supervisor to do hazards identification and workout draft countermeasures.
• Follow Supervisor’s arrangement and conduct EHS training.
• Support to issue work permits for all maintenance/project activities in your area.

2. Production arrangement

• Arrange the production activities and required resource to reach the daily production targets according to detail scheduling and resource allocation.
• Adjust production schedule in case of any changes, maintenance and special requests from other functions.
• Monitor daily output meeting each individual goal.
• Follow documentation management procedure to record all stipulated production data and archive them accordingly.

3. Quality control

• Monitor group production progress and try to identify any deviations. Investigate root cause and workout corrective actions accordingly.
• Report deviations which could cause potential risks on safety and quality to supervisor, try to get confirmation of proposed corrective actions.

4. Coordination with other functions

• In case of necessity, coordinate with other functions (maintenance, QC, SCM, other plants and so on) to run production smoothly.
• Report any impact to normal production and try to get required support.

5. People management

• Motivate group members to work safely and actively.
• Train group members to be professional and skillful by post rotation and mentoring.
• Recommend group members to take more challenge work
• Implement mentor system for new commers

6. Production technology

• Familiar and understand process and technology of responsible production lines.
• Contribute experience and best practices to process and technology optimization

7. Other

• Other assigned activities
