Summary
Oversee semiconductor supply chain operations for regional outsourced assembly and test suppliers, ensuring on-time manufacturing execution and KPI targets are met.
YOUR ROLE
To be part of the regional supply chain team to achieve excellence in operational execution in the regional outsourced assembly & test suppliers (OSAT), that supports organizational mission to provide best-in class external backend packaging solutions for internal and end customers.
- Responsible for on-time supply chain manufacturing execution via daily monitoring of loading releases and output of products via reference to company quarterly targets.
- Assist in reallocating and coordinating resources to support recovery plans, working closely with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Support the development and implementation of tailored solutions to address potential deterioration in key production metrics/KPIs.
- Collaborate with subcontractors as manufacturing partners, providing input and recommendations based on best practices and specifications to drive service and operational excellence.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Min bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role in semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
