Senior Engineer_Rolling Stock & Depot Equipment– Kaohsiung

*Lead the design, technical studies, and management of railway system projects, including Rolling Stock, and Depot equipment.

*Develop review, and enforce engineering specifications, standards, and procedures for railway system design and construction.

*Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.

*Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing solutions to meet project objectives within budget and schedule constraints..

*Provide technical guidance and support in project planning, execution, and delivery.

*Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
