Senior Engineering Manager [Agent Engineering]
Role Overview
Looking for a technically strong Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of 15 to 20 engineers and drive the development of scalable, cloud-native platforms and AI-powered agentic solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
12 to 18 years of overall software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and LangGraph.
Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems and REST API architecture.
Experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience in enterprise integrations and platform engineering.
Strong architecture and technical decision-making capabilities.
Proven experience managing and mentoring large engineering teams, ideally 15–20 engineers.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
AI Agents, Agentic Workflows and Intelligent Automation.
LLM and Generative AI integrations.
Workflow orchestration and event-driven architectures.
SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.
Healthcare technology experience.
Important Note: This is a hands-on technical engineering leadership role. Candidates must have strong Python and LangGraph experience, along with software architecture and engineering team management. Not suitable profiles are project management, delivery management, application support or DevOps without strong software development experience.
