Senior Engineering Program Manager

Summary

Owns the full SoC program lifecycle—from architecture to tapeout and silicon bring-up—coordinating silicon, platform hardware, software, and third-party IP vendors.

You will drive execution of a Physical AI SoC program across silicon development, platform hardware, software, and third-party IP vendors. You will own the integrated schedule from architecture through tapeout, silicon bring-up, and platform and software readiness, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and build program management processes for a growing engineering organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end SoC program plan and integrated schedule
  • Drive platform and software execution alongside silicon development
  • Manage third-party IP vendor engagements, deliverables, contracts, quality metrics, errata, and dependencies
  • Run milestone reviews, cross-functional syncs, executive reporting, and decision logs
  • Identify, quantify, and mitigate program risks
  • Coordinate foundry, OSAT, design services, and platform manufacturing partners
  • Build program management processes, tools, and templates
  • Mentor teams on execution discipline

Requirements

  • 10+ years of engineering program management experience in semiconductors
  • Experience managing at least one complex SoC program from architecture through tapeout and bring-up
  • Experience managing programs spanning silicon, platform hardware, and software
  • Experience managing third-party IP vendors, milestone-based contracts, and cross-vendor dependencies
  • Technical fluency in RTL milestones, verification coverage, physical design closure, DFT, and software or firmware bring-up
  • Expertise in schedule development, critical-path analysis, risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to influence engineering, vendor, and executive audiences without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with advanced process nodes and foundry or OSAT engagement models preferred
  • Experience in edge AI, automotive, robotics, or embedded or safety-adjacent domains preferred
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company preferred
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business preferred
