Senior Engineering Project Manager
PAR Systems Senior Engineering Project Manager
First-of-a-kind engineered systems present unique project management opportunities, offering a challenging and rewarding experience. PAR Systems, a world leader in intelligent engineering solutions, is growing our Critical Handling Solutions project management team to support both current work and a growing pipeline of complex, highly regulated projects.
Supporting highly technical and customized engineering solutions, the Senior Project Manager will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, customer communication, and contract execution for complex engineered projects. This role supports custom material handling equipment, including cranes, manipulator systems, and other critical handling solutions used in demanding, quality-critical environments.
Success Criteria:
Complex, first-of-a-kind projects move forward with confidence because priorities remain aligned, risks are anticipated, and decisions are made with both technical and commercial considerations in mind. Customers view you as a trusted partner who communicates openly, manages expectations, and follows through on commitments. Cross-functional teams stay engaged and focused because obstacles are addressed early, collaboration is encouraged, and accountability is clear throughout the project lifecycle. Even when requirements evolve or uncertainty exists, you bring structure to ambiguity, leverage lessons learned, and make practical decisions that keep projects on schedule while protecting quality, budget, and contractual commitments. The result is consistent execution of highly customized engineered systems that meet customer expectations and reflect PAR Systems' standard of excellence.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical area preferred.
7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar engineered projects from planning through delivery.
