Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage HVAC projects from project kick-off through completion, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to understand project requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and other required documents.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, manpower, and quality to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site-related issues during project execution.
- Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and final documentation upon completion.
- Ensure all works comply with applicable codes, safety regulations, company policies, quality standards, and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, or project engineering.
- Experience in managing HVAC or mechanical services projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM or project management software is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
