Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage HVAC projects from project kick-off through completion, ensuring successful project delivery.
Work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams to understand project requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and submit project documentation, technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and other required documents.
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, manpower, and quality to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site-related issues during project execution.
Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and final documentation upon completion.
Ensure all works comply with applicable codes, safety regulations, company policies, quality standards, and project specifications.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, or project engineering.
Experience in managing HVAC or mechanical services projects is preferred.
Good understanding of HVAC systems, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM or project management software is an added advantage.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
