Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Risk, Compliance, GRC, Cybersecurity
Summary
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business growth for cloud-based GRC and cybersecurity software solutions across enterprise and public sector organizations in the APAC region. The role involves managing complex sales cycles, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to meet annual sales targets.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software portfolio. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering revenue growth through the sale of cloud-based GRC solutions to enterprise and public sector organizations. You will report to Head of Sales, APAC.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position. You will work in a hybrid setup from our Shenton Way office (2-3 days per week work from home) #LI-Hybrid.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Engage senior stakeholders including Chief Information Security Officers, Directors of Information Security, Chief Risk Officers, and other GRC leaders.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer governance, risk, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business value presentations.
Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and partner teams to drive opportunities through to closure.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information within CRM systems.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Travel: This role requires domestic travel in Southeast Asia, expected to approximately 30%, with actual frequency varying according to business needs.
ABOUT YOU
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
Demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions to large enterprise organizations.
Experience selling Cybersecurity, GRC, Audit Management, Risk Management, Compliance Management, ESG, or related enterprise software solutions.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements.
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
Preferred
Knowledge of the information security industry and relevant frameworks (SOC 2, ISO27001, NIST CSF), Risk Management methodologies (ISO31000, COSO Principles), Compliance, ESG, Regulatory Compliance, or Cyber GRC programs.
Experience engaging with executive-level decision-makers.
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Miller Heiman.
Strong business acumen and commercial negotiation skills.
