The Senior Enterprise Applications Business Analyst, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, is responsible for gathering, analysing, shaping and documenting requirements for enterprise application and enterprise data change across Bravura. The role works closely with business stakeholders across the business, Enterprise Applications & Data, the wider IT team, delivery teams and vendors to ensure technology solutions are aligned to business objectives and the overall enterprise architecture direction.

This role will support enterprise applications and data delivery through requirements definition, process and data analysis, impact assessment and end-to-end traceability from business need to solution implementation. The role helps drive consistency, quality and governance across enterprise application and data change initiatives.


  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst in a back-office technology function.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise applications and data, integrations and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, data analysis and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise applications such as HR, Finance, Planning, CRM, Service Management, Collaboration, Reporting, Data Warehouse or Integration platforms.
  • Working understanding of data architecture concepts including data flows, data lineage, master data, integration patterns, reporting layers and data quality.
  • Strong capability in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, impact assessments and decision papers.
  • Familiarity with project and product (agile) delivery methodologies.
  • Comfortable working in a global and hybrid setting and within a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business, data and technology topics into clear, actionable analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to balance immediate delivery needs with the wider enterprise picture.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, challenge assumptions constructively and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with platforms such as Workday HCM and Finance, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, EPM, TM1, Snowflake, MS Power BI or comparable enterprise platforms is desirable.
  • Understanding of SQL, relational databases, reporting tools or cloud data platforms is desirable.
  • Business Analysis certification such as BCS, IIBA (CBAP/CCBA) or equivalent and Six-Sigma are highly desirable.
