Senior Enterprise Architecture Operations Analyst

Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱170,000 per month
About the role
This role provides operational support for application portfolio management, governance, and enterprise architecture activities. You will manage application onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain data quality across enterprise repositories, support technology risk and compliance activities, and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure effective governance and lifecycle management of applications within the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
Acknowledge and manage incoming application onboarding requests
Gather and validate required application information for Enterprise Architecture reviews
Create and maintain application records within enterprise repositories and governance platforms
Update and maintain application factsheets on behalf of GTCS Architecture teams
Track and follow up with application owners to ensure timely completion of required documentation
Collect and validate mandatory CMDB attributes required for application registration
Coordinate application criticality assessment and approval workflows
Coordinate end-to-end application retirement and decommissioning activities
Maintain high-quality application and service data within CMDB and LeanIX
Perform data quality reviews and remediation activities
About you
4+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB Administration, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture support, or IT Operations
Experience working with enterprise application inventories and technology governance processes
Experience supporting application lifecycle management activities
Working knowledge of LeanIX, ServiceNow CMDB, IT Asset Management and Application Portfolio Management practices
Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Architecture principles, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts, IT Governance and Risk Management frameworks, and Change Management processes
Strong data analysis and data quality management capabilities
Ability to identify inconsistencies and perform root-cause investigations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to coordinate with business and technology stakeholders across multiple teams
