Senior network security role focused on reviewing security architecture, performing risk assessments of IT networks and cloud services, managing cyber defense, and coordinating with vendors for IT infrastructure security projects at HBL, a Pakistani bank.
- Review security architecture and recommend controls for the protection of IT network.
- Perform information security risk assessments of IT network.
- Perform security assessment of Cloud Services
- Design, assess security baselines and evaluate the effectiveness of hardening controls.
- Assist Team Leader in managing cyber defense at IT network level.
- Assist Team Leader in ensuring that related audit findings are timely closed.
- Assist the Team Leader in keeping track of all the payments made to the vendor of the project related to IT Infrastructure Security.
- Liaising with the vendor for projects / solutions related to IT network security.
- Supervise and review the work assigned to the analyst.
- Communicate with Senior Management.
People Management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal & external stakeholders including technology, business and third parties.
- Provide necessary information, security guidance and support to the internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Security or MIS
- At least one of the following professional certifications will be preferred:
- CISA
- CISM
- CISSP
- CRISC
- MCSE
- CCNA
Minimum experience:
- 3 years of experience in Information Security / IT Risk Management.
