Senior Enterprise Platforms Professional I (SAP Treasury & FICO Functional Consultant)

Job Summary

We are seeking an SAP Treasury & FICO Functional Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience to design, configure, and maintain our global SAP financial footprint. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) and core FICO modules, alongside proven experience executing enterprise-grade data migrations from legacy systems to SAP ECC or S/4HANA. .

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design, system configuration, and testing for SAP Treasury modules, including Cash & Liquidity Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash (IHC), and Bank Communication Management (BCM).

• Configure core SAP FICO components (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting) and ensure seamless integration with Treasury and banking processes.

• Drive data migration strategies for financial and treasury data (master data, deal history, market data, bank balances, and open items) using S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, or BODS.

• Perform legacy data profiling, extraction mapping, transformation validation, mock data loads, and final reconciliation routines during cutover.

• Implement and support electronic bank statement (EBS) processing (MT940, CAMT format), payment factories, host-to-host connections, and SWIFT integration.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, lead design workshops, write detailed functional specifications, and deliver UAT/training sessions.

• Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on SAP functional experience with a concentration in SAP Treasury (TRM) and FICO.

• Treasury Domain: Direct exposure to Money Market, Foreign Exchange (FX), Debt/Investment Management, and Cash Positioning.

• FICO Mastery: Solid foundation in financial accounting practices, parallel ledger accounting, automatic payment programs, and bank sub-ledger reconciliation.

• Data Migration: Demonstrated success managing legacy data cleanup, field mapping, data enrichment, mock execution, and cutover reporting.

• Tools & Utilities: Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, custom Z-programs for migration, and advanced Excel validation methods.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• SAP S/4HANA Financials or Treasury Certification.

• Experience working on full lifecycle ECC-to-S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield migration projects.

• Knowledge of treasury analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or third-party TMS integrations.

• Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of receivables management, bad-debt accounting, credit scoring, and high-volume sub-ledger accounting.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance

• Experience using SAP Activate Methodology.
