Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager
You will own enterprise and B2B product marketing for financial-market use cases. You will define positioning, messaging, segmentation, and launch strategies; create case studies and sales-enablement materials; lead cross-functional launches; and use performance metrics and market intelligence to optimize adoption and pipeline influence. You will also help shape the enterprise marketing function and mentor junior product marketers.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise go-to-market roadmap for financial markets, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, and launch strategy.
- Build case studies, sales-enablement collateral, solution briefs, and flagship video content for priority customer profiles.
- Lead cross-functional launches and translate complex regulated capabilities into clear narratives for business buyers.
- Drive competitive and market intelligence for enterprise crypto and represent enterprise customer needs in product roadmap decisions.
- Define, report, and optimize pipeline influence, partner amplification, launch performance, and adoption metrics.
- Shape the enterprise marketing working model and mentor junior product marketers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience with demonstrated B2B or enterprise outcomes.
- Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market strategies and launches for technical financial products with measurable adoption or revenue results.
- Fluency in onchain trading, lending, and tokenization, with ability to partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership experience in 0-to-1 environments.
- Experience marketing to financial institutions in regulated environments or building and scaling a sales-enablement engine for a business-development-led motion.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
