Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated EHS Associate to support Environmental, Health & Safety efforts by coordinating programs, maintaining records, assisting inspections, analysing data, and driving continuous workplace safety and compliance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate EHS programs, safety campaigns, and improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and data across multiple systems to support regulatory requirements
- Support the delivery of EHS training, communications, and employee engagement activities to promote safety awareness
- Assist with workplace inspections, audits, corrective actions, and compliance follow-up to ensure adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate occupational health programs and site safety activities to protect employee well-being
- Analyse EHS data and prepare reports to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and environmental compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- IT-savvy with attention to detail and eagerness to learn new systems and digital tools
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
