• Working closely with Product Management, Development, and Support teams to define functional solutions.
• Translating business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyzing manufacturing and business processes to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Supporting functional, integration, and system testing of new product functionality.
• Participating in design reviews to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Investigating product behavior, business scenarios, and customer-reported issues to support solution design.
• Building expertise in manufacturing ERP processes and contributing to product evolution and modernization initiatives.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or similar role.
- Experience working with ERP applications in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes within discrete manufacturing organizations.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Experience working with ERP solutions supporting manufacturing, finance, or supply chain business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Pascal, or similar is highly desirable
- German language skills.
- Exposure to software development or programming concepts.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, or migrations.
- Experience working with Infor ERP solutions such as COM or LN.
- Familiarity with product discovery and modern requirements engineering practices.
- Understanding of integration concepts and enterprise software architecture.
