About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior ERP Project Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, consultants, and testers.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors or implementation partners.
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide timely project updates to stakeholders and executives.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems effectively.
Ensure compliance with governance processes, policies, and quality standards.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Work with business units to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for the ERP system.
Change Management & Training
Drive change management strategies to support successful ERP adoption.
Coordinate user training, documentation, and support during and after go-live.
Project Delivery
Ensure the ERP solution is configured, tested, and implemented according to project plans.
Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor or Master 's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in managing ERP projects (e.g., Oracle (NetSuite), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc.).
Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably in multiple industries.
Proven Experience in managing projects for government agencies or state-owned enterprises.
Proven experience in managing information system development projects valued at over 20 million Baht.
Project Management Skills:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP (Project Management Professional)
ERP vendor-specific certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant, SAP Activate)
Technical & Business Skills:
Familiarity with ERP architecture, data migration, and integration.
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into ERP functionality.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good command of English.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
