Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major oil and gas/pipeline projects.

Prepare classified estimates during project development stage.

Prepare estimate plan.

Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.

Prepare cost estimate basis (productivity factor, all-in rates, material, construction, etc.).

Coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC estimate.

Present cost estimate report to management.

Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).

Familiarization with SAEP-25.

Computer literate with all MS packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Any (prefer Saudi nationality).
