Responsibilities:
- Analyze bid specifications and drawings to prepare detailed project estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.
- Collaborate with project management and marketing teams on proposals, bid analysis, constructability reviews, and preliminary project schedules.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings to define project scope and requirements.
- Assist with purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.
