Reporting into the Pre-Construction Director & General Manager. Business & role Business hold a strong foothold in the Data Centers, Design & Build & Industrial OFTEN negotiating at single source. In the Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors this is far more about competitive tendering and thinking outside the box on angles and strategies in a team. Following is crucial for our client: • Experience in a Senior Estimator / Intermediate capacity in the local UAE Market • Client facing and happy to work in a TEAM • Understand how to produce technically robust and profitable tenders • Based in the UAE able to attend face to face meetings • Able to start employment before the 1st of June 2026 Latest • IT literate - strong working knowledge of CCS / Candy & Plan swift • Understand urgency and how to price risk • The right candidate will be PAID a monthly AED Figure of 35-45,000 AED Per Month with an annual review and Performance Bonus.
