Client: Main Contractor - Tier 1

Location: Dublin

A leadership-level estimating role focused on driving competitive, accurate, and strategic tender bids across major construction sectors. The position combines technical cost planning, supply chain management, and commercial strategy with team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Estimating: Lead the preparation of timely, detailed, and accurate cost estimates for competitive tender bids.

• Supply Chain Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender process to secure robust, competitive package pricing.

• Project Handover: Ensure a seamless transition of winning estimates and commercial assumptions to the operational project delivery teams.

• Strategic Oversight: Analyze macroeconomic conditions and market trends to shape winning bid strategies.

• Team Development: Mentor, coach, and support the career development of junior and mid-level estimators within the department.
